We design training programs and then we train your trainers.

While our collaboration toolkit is extremely effective in a learning or training context, we find that we have more impact when we focus on designing training and change programs which are then rolled-out by our client’s own people – either training professionals or line managers whom we train to be effective course leaders.

Training Design
We build training programs as problem-solving activities. Our designs are always shaped around collective objectives that participants need to reach together through the collaborative application of new skills, knowledge, and ideas. Skills are learned in context and never for their own sake. Our toolkit is highly experiential, built around modeling and group discovery.

Train-The-Trainer

We create highly interactive train-the-trainer sessions in which trainers are facilitated through a process of re-creating the material that they will subsequently share with students. They build their own tools and develop their own insights, which in turn become the raw material for their subsequent experience as trainers.
